Summary

Dr. Gene Cautillo has a wide range of education and work experience. Currently, Dr. Cautillo teaches in both the Management and Marketing departments; courses include Ethics & CSR, Behavior Issues & Ethics Management, Principles of Management and Consumer Behavior. Dr. Cautillo focuses on student engagement and integrates his 33 years of business experience into the classroom. He also chairs the Graduate Studies Committee and the Business Research Committee at 小欧视频. 
   
Prior to coming to 小欧视频, Dr. Cautillo also taught Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Principles of Management, Customer Relationship Management, Ethics, Human Resources, and various capstone classes for both business and communication programs. He has experience at the undergraduate and graduate level, both in person and on-line. 
   
Prior to academia, Dr. Cautillo had a long career in financial services and insurance at Prudential and Guardian where he worked in various functions including technology, risk, compliance, marketing, brokerage, insurance, human resources, real estate, tax and many different operational areas. Dr. Cautillo has managed teams and significant initiatives of all sizes, both technical and operational. He has held many securities licenses and earned other certifications.
