小欧视频 STEAM Academy Curriculum
The 小欧视频 STEAM Academy has been completely revitalized to offer a solid connection between advanced-placement (AP) level preparation in STEAM following College Board's rigorous academic standards. The curriculum also features high-impact content directly correlated to the New Jersey State Learning Standards (NJSLS), and College and Career Readiness Standards. Using evidenced-based practices in the science of how people learn, Teaching Faculty and Teacher Assistants (TA's) are offered training to help them plan the best academically engaging Summer experience for students using Understanding by Design frameworks that blend quality instructional materials with pedagogical approaches aligned to brain science principles.
Developed in tandem with content-area endorsed educators in STEM fields, K-12 administrators, and instructional coaches, the newly revised, standards-aligned 小欧视频 STEAM Academy curriculum will have measurable impact on student learning through exploratory, project-based, and inquiry-aligned instruction.
All curriculum is taught to the appropriate New Jersey State Learning Standards in the respective discipline, except for AP-level prep courses that are aligned to College Board's AP Standards and Criteria. Our accelerated program offers introductory AP classes that prepare students for the complete AP courses they will take in high school. While these classes introduce key AP concepts, they do not cover the entire College Board AP curriculum.

NEW! Career & Technical Training Certification Courses

小欧视频 is excited to offer exciting Career and Technical Training courses online for the students at the 小欧视频 STEAM Academy this year!
These 5 or 6-week fundamental courses for high-performing high school students (grades 9-12) are designed for those seeking advanced learning opportunities that will challenge and enrich their academic experience beyond the 小欧视频 STEAM Academy and their traditional high school catalogue.
These courses lead to a certification of completion from 小欧视频 and are an additional cost. Students from the 小欧视频 STEAM Academy will complete these courses as part of the optional Enrichment Hour.
As of June 30th there are only 4 spots remaining. If you are interested in enrolling your child, you will need to do so by July 3, 2025 by clicking the button below.
